Air Products is hiring for the role of Sr IT Application Analyst 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide functional analyst skills for the SAP Production Planning and Customer Service modules supporting the discrete manufacturing business processes.
• Provide operational support and new capability development for large and small projects.
• Establish partnerships at multiple levels within the global organization with particular focus in the PP DM, CS, and MM areas.
• Maintain operational support models that meet agreed SLAs as well as support service recovery and financial objectives
• Maintain value add relationships with vendor partners
• Support SAP Production Planning IT systems interfaces with other systems

Requirements-

• 5+ years of IT Business or Functional experience with an SAP PP DM / CS focus with general support for MM module
• Strong understanding of production planning / discrete manufacturing business processes for both Production and Repetitive Manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
• Strong experience with all SAP PP modules including SAP PP Production Planning, SAP PP Customer Service, SAP Materials Management is a plus
• Experience working with global teams
