Sr . Graphic Designer Internship in Gurugram at Technians Softech

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the Account Managers to take the design brief to record requirements and clients needs
• Overseeing all design elements, from conception to final delivery
• Be part of creative ideations with the team to work on ideas for pitches
• Reviewing final layouts of the team and suggesting the improvements if required
• Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to Clients/Account Managers and gain full approval
• Maintain high standards of quality and make sure only the best work is released to clients
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, brainstorming and mocking up different design ideas
• Build, lead, and review the work of the designing team in the production of all web and digital marketing collateral such as landing page design, social media static post, GIF, logo banners designing
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Work as part of a team with a content writer, designers, executives and marketing
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be highly creative, extrovert and aware of the recent Social Media trends
• Hands-on experiences with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong sense of colour combinations, fonts, and layout
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
• Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
• Excellent written and verbal skills
