Sr Executive, SCM Job in Gurgaon at Whirlpool Corporation

Whirlpool is hiring for the position of Sr Executive, SCM!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for end-to-end supply chain for overseas customers and service partners for the APAC region.
• Liaison with customers for quotations, orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Customer sales order booking and raising sales invoices.
• Coordination with Intercompany and OEM suppliers for timely deliveries.
• To deal and liaise with the shipping line and 3PL partner including freight negotiation for smooth delivery.
• GRN activities for spare parts stock.
• Maintaining ETA’s for open POs within the SAP operating system.
• Maintaining real-time tracking of customer orders & deliveries.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Support for Statutory / SOX Audit.
• Maintain SAP Master data for materials and pricing conditions.
• Prepare monthly dashboards & MIS.

Requirements:

• 4-5 Years of working experience in the supply chain domain with overseas suppliers and customer exposure
• Proficient in SAP – SD Module ( Expert ) & MM Module (Good )
• Advanced Excel
• Education: MBA / Diploma in supply chain management
• Team Player
• Positive Attitude
• Good interpersonal and Excellent Communication skills
