Particulars:

• Providing IT support and technical assistance
• Working with Department technical personnel to keep computer functions and applications such as
• Outlook, printers and mobile communication devices operative
• Maintaining IT documentation and inventory
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IT cloud services (Outlook, Office 365)
• Offer technical assistance for queries/issues related to computer systems, hardware, network. services
• Ensuring the security of data and information assets
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and other IT supplies
• Create and maintain IT documentation
• Analyze and recommend optimizations for software-based processes
• Knowledge of office 365 mailing solution
• Support in developing and maintaining vendor relations and license management.
