The role:
We are looking for someone to join our team as an Executive/Sr. Executive HR-Admin. The role is meant for someone with 1-3 years of work experience in managing HR & Admin activities.
Responsibilities:
HR:
(a) Facilitating Onboarding formalities of new employees and assisting in the Induction & Orientation of new joiners.
(b) Facilitating exit formalities for exit employees.
(c) Supporting end-to-end recruitment.
(d) Assisting in HR Operations activities like confirmation, quarterly performance reviews, annual appraisal, etc.
(e) Assisting in preparation of letters like offer, appointment, confirmation, appraisal, etc.
(f) Assisting in employee event celebrations like birthday, work anniversaries, business anniversary, etc.
(g) Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements of EPF, ESIC, Shops and Establishment Act, POSH, etc.
IT Management:
(a) Procurement as well as maintenance of IT assets. Coordination with outsourced IT service provider
(b) Maintaining software licenses, renewals and allotment
(c) Administration of HR software and coordination with HR and Accounts
(d) Maintaining fixed assets record
(e) Insurance of Assets
Office Administration:
(a) Procurement of all goods and services required for the operations of the company and maintaining all related documents
(b) Contracting of services that are required on a regular basis. Tracking renewals.
(c) Travel Desk: Booking of flights/rail, Hotel stays, Taxi bookings for office travel
(d) Arranging the office services: office rental, electricity, telephones, internet, etc.
(e) Processing vendor payments for submission to accounts. Maintaining invoice tracker.
(f) Liaising with vendors
Skills:
● 1-3years of relevant experience in HR activities, vendor management, admin & facility management.
● Graduate/post graduate with HR-Admin background.
● Excellent communication capabilities with employees and management
● Fair understanding of Excel
● Comfortable working in situations with tight timelines or dealing with ad-hoc requests
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Alternative Saturday off)
