Godrej is hiring for the role of Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Service!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Visit the customers for generating service business & evaluating technical jobs viz., repairs, refurbishing, etc.
- Ensure that the work is carried out as per contracts AMC / PMC/ CMC schedules & maintain MIS.
- Support the service business by the generation of sales of genuine spares & attachments.
- Sharp focus on hiring and contracts operations & adherence to SLAS.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quick responses for spares and services for long-term relationships.
- Clear & concise communication for follow-ups with customers and service HO personnel.
- Provide training to Dealers & customers about product upkeep, maintenance, and safety of the equipment purchased by the customers.
Requirements:
- Any graduate or degree/diploma in engineering is required.
- 2 Years of work experience for a degree in engineering/4 Years of Work experience for a Diploma in engineering or any other graduate is required.
- Experience in the service of industrial products like MHE is preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills along with product knowledge.
