Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – HR ( Factory Act Compliance) Job in Gurugram at JRG India Automotive Industries

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely applying for Govt. Approvals for new licenses and renewals such as BOCW license, Factory License, Contract Labour License, Pollution Control CTE and CTO, Fire NOC, Borewell permission etc.
• Ensure full compliance with labour laws (Factories Act).
• Handle customer inspections, audits, and legal documentation.
• Filing all returns required under Factory Act and other Govt. approvals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Factory Act & labour laws.
• Hands-on experience with all compliances.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR/IR/MSW preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Soft Skills:

• High integrity, people orientation, decision-making ability, attention to detail.
