Godrej is hiring for the role of Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieving target on Service Delivery Parameters like Open Calls, FRT, FVT, CVT, etc
- Auditing and reviewing of ASPS
- Optimizing Spare stock at the Branch, Minimizing Category Stock and distributor-damaged stock
- Implementing a Training calendar for Technical & Behavioral Training
- Sharing Structured Product Quality Feedback
- Ensuring Compliance with Service Policy
- Visiting the customers for attending to technical jobs viz., repairs, refurbishing etc
- Supporting the service business by generation of sales of genuine spares
- Educating and recommending to the customers on retrofitting/electronic locks/time locks options available
- Complying with safety policy/norms
- Managing Customer Expectations on Service
Requirements:
- A diploma/Degree in Engineering domain is essential. A degree in the discipline like mechanical, electrical, or, electronics is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience (for Degree Engineer) / 4 years (for Diploma Engineer) is required in service.
- Exposure to product service & experience in similar profile /products is a preferred experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is must.
