Godrej is hiring for the role of Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Onboard Carpenters & Contractors for GVLC 2
- Get active Carpenter / Contractor for GVLC
- Assist with tertiary Sales generation through GVLC program
- Meet and product knowledge upgrade
- Monitor Product & Segment wise tertiary sales through GVLC program
- Monitor and improve wallet share of Platinum Club Members Plan to achieve 50% by FY-25
- Generate sales from NPD / NPI
- Identify new carpenters and contractors for GVLC
- Manage engagement activities (Personal Meet / CCRP meet / Carpenters meet)
- Ensure Process hygiene and benchmarking
- Train Carpenters and Contractors for better reach to market and expanding channels
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Graduate in any discipline
- Degree in Engineering / Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Qualification in Management (Preferred)
- 2 years of work experience for a Degree in Engineering OR 3 years of work experience for Graduate in any discipline
- Skills: Business Acumen, Relationship Management, Knowledge of IT
