Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager Job in Ballabgarh at Tecumseh Products

Tecumseh is hiring for the role of Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Overall responsibility for coordinating day to day machine shop operations related issues in Production.
• Implement Quality improvement projects
• Implement cost saving projects
• Tracking of consumables and optimizing the usage
• Maintain Tool, Fixtures drawings and preventive Maintenace of Electrodes and fixtures
• New Product development

Requirements:

• High work standards - Integrity, Motivation, Planning and organizing, Problem Solving 
• BE in Mechancal Engg / BE in Manufacturing technology. Total experience of Min. 3+ years in process engg. function preferably in a reputed Compressor / HVAC / Manufacturing Industries. Technology requirements (i.e.  Microsoft Office, Auto CAD). Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong Leadership - Cross-functional
• Strong coaching / facilitating skills 
• Capability of managing matrix relationship 
• Strong Communication skills 
• CNC Programming hands on experience is must
