Rucha is hiring for the role of Sr. Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle the inhouse & customer complaints and resolve the quality issues
- Do the Internal Audit, Process & Product Audit
- Ensure the process as per the control plan & quality of the product as per the requirement
- Inhouse Rejection & rework reduction
- To ensure the availability of inspectors in respective shifts in each line
- Make daily reports & making the Documents as per IATF requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma /BE/Btech. (Mechanical)
- 2+ years experience
- Knowledge of welding, pressing on
- Should have experience in the automobile industries
- Problem-solving skills by applying 8d, qc story methodology
- Knowledge of process capability study, Cp, Cpk, MSA, PPAP
- Know the IATF 16949 requirement
- To handle the team of inspectors independently in respective shift
- Can stretch himself & work under pressure during crucial time
