TATA Communications is hiring for the role of Sr Customer Service Executive - Network Operations & Support!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work on Excel, Power BI & PPT.
- Handle clients and manage them as required.
- Manage the billing process of operation activities.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding process of employees in Project.
- Keep records of every team's productivity, quality, and other parameters.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any Discipline).
- Ability to coordinate with Operational leads and get the desired output requested.
- Ability to generate process improvement ideas from the existing workflow.
- Ready to work in the Australian shift.
