About this Job
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience in customer complaints resolution preferably from Banking / NBFCs industry
- Mentality to identify the Root cause of complaints received with an aim to rectify the gap identified in processes
- Must have experience in Call center environment
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Should be self – starter and quick learner to ease the process and act as a strong team player as per requirements
Job Description:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years
- Qualification: Graduate
- Eligibility: Candidate Preferred from NBFC/ Banking/ Finance Industry.
