AMD is hiring for the role of Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Created Custom objects and Lookup relationships associated to Cases to provide Guest-related data to the agents providing support.
• Worked on Salesforce Knowledge to create various Articles that are used as help messages or FAQ's for the Guests regarding the loyalty program application.
• Created workflow rules and defined related tasks, email alerts and field updates to implement business logic.
• Involved in requirements gathering, preparing requirements and design documents and converting requirements into technical design.
• Created various Custom Reports for custom objects to give a complete detail overview.
• Implemented Test Classes for unit testing with 85% minimum for all the controllers.
• In the Administrative function, created profiles and implemented Object-level, field-level and record-level security and created permission sets whenever required.
• Responsible for all the activities related to configuring Data Loader, Uploading data in CSV files into Salesforce.com, and checking the correctness of the data.
• Assist with analysis efforts and documentation with product owners to maintain product documentation.
• Resetting User Passwords and security tokens and monitoring secured networks for accessing Salesforce applications.
• Developed and deployed workflows and approval processes for custom objects for different request types as per the requirement.
• Created permission sets to give access to certain users depending on the business criteria.

Requirements:

• Should be familiar with General CRM functionalities, Development, and Support project life cycle.
• Should be expertise in Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services), and Force.com Capabilities.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
• Ability to debug difficult, complex technical issues and experience working with Salesforce support.
• Experience in working with Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Salesforce limitations.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers and Classes, Data Loaders, SOQL, Force.com Tool and Toolkits.
• Experience in LWC, Aura, Javascript and Web technologies.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Finance, Economics or Statistics
