Streebo Inc. is hiring for the role of Sr. Business Analyst/Jr. Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
• Managing competing resources and priorities.

Requirements:

• Managed at least 2-3 projects successfully from initiation to closure, managing the customer experience end to end, working with the IT services company delivering projects for US-based large enterprises or large multi-national organizations
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Experience with risk management, change management, Microsoft Project
• Ability to run daily stand-ups, manage multiple projects and priorities, and balance resources across concurrent projects
• Solid understanding of technologies associated with digital projects e.g. Mobile/Web Apps
• Advanced technical skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
