Sr. Business Analyst Job in Noida at Religare Broking Ltd

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system defects or to develop requirements for new functionality
• Functional Testing, System and Integration Testing, Compatibility Testing, Regression Testing. Design test cases and test scenarios, execution of test cases, defect management, update the reports in JIRA, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities including on- time delivery, testing and production moves.
• Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in functional area to bridge business requirements and IT solutions.
• Ensure proper Quality Assurance throughout the project
• Develop functional test plans and user acceptance test plans and scenarios.
• Conduct functional and user acceptance testing by executing the testing strategy, scheduling resources and tracking test performance.
• Experience of defect logging, tracking and verifying the defect, knowledge of defect tracking tools.
• Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.

ABILITIES/ATTRIBUTES:

• The candidate must have exposure to Capital Markets domain with an ability to understand risk management, front office and back office applications & capital market terminologies.
• Familiarity with FI products (FX, Derivatives, Commodities and Algorithmic trading)
• Teamwork-focused/collaborative work style
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of working in a highly agile environment.

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

• Capital Market domain knowledge (Mandatory)
• Experience to create use case, user stories (Preferred)
• Experience with Agile/ Waterfall development methodologies MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, & Word)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst / Functional tester in BFSI Industry with minimum than 1 year experience in Capital Market, Investment Banking and Wealth Management.
