Cognizant Technology Solutions India Ltd is hiring for the role of Sr. Associate - Projects!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Liaising between project teams across locations and the Customer.
• Participating and providing inputs for release planning.
• Acting as the Cognizant Delivery team point of contact for the portfolio.
• Supporting Service Management/process-related activities performed by the SMO with a relevant delivery date.
• Coordinating with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during project delivery, including daily connect calls.
• Ensuring adherence to SOW requirements including client security and compliance needs.
• Following up with internal and external stakeholders (Customer and Vendor liaison) to progress tickets to resolution.
• Ensuring adherence to defined processes (like creating problem records, performing timely RCA's, creating knowledge articles, maintaining application documentation, etc).
• Preparing performance dashboards & management reports.
• Ensuring schedule adherence for release requests and notifying stakeholders in case of deviations.
• Conducting periodic data analysis, and performing RCA for any targets missed and customer escalations.
• Reporting the findings to the Service Manager.
• Implementing all Corrective and Preventive actions.
• Deploying process as defined in the process handbook.
• Preparing release notes and ensuring application documents are updated to reflect the changes made.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B Sc, M Sc BE, MCA
• Must-Have Skills- Salesforce Integration, Salesforce Configuration
• Good To Have Skills- SFDC Dev & Customization, ANSI SQL and Core Java
