Sr. Associate - Product Marketing Job in Gurgaon at Procol

Procol is hiring for the role of Sr. Associate - Product Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the creation of product marketing and GTM plans by translating brand and product strategy into actionable marketing activities.
• Design and execute marketing activities as per plan, and also track the metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Create marketing collateral and customer evidence pieces such as case studies, product brochures, and product videos.
• Assist in the launch of new products.
• Execute customer engagement programs by extending the brand and product experience.
• Support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership, feature use cases, and generate relevant content.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for our products in the market.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive demand and engagement for our products.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to provide them with the tools and resources needed to effectively communicate product value to customers.
• Collaborate with Product Development teams to understand product features, benefits, and differentiation in order to craft compelling value propositions.

Requirements: 

• Proven 1-3 years of track record in SaaS Product marketing, or a similar role in Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling narratives and messaging
• Creative thinking and storytelling ability to effectively communicate product value
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
• Knowledge of software tools and processes commonly used in marketing
• Capable of actively participating in ideation, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Cooperation with other team members in achieving group goals and objectives
• MBA in marketing or equivalent educational qualification
