Only Much Louder is hiring for the role of Sr. Associate - Live Touring!

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Responsible for financial aspects related to an artist (tour budgeting and artist financials)
• Dealing with ticketing platforms's Draft live business plans & marketing plans across the board 
• Engaging in building and maintaining promoter relations across India.
• Handling production for shows includes Technical, On-ground, and Logistical vendors across India.
• Book shows & tours, develop touring strategies develop itineraries, and manage calendars.
• Develop and negotiate contracts and deals
• Arranging & executing corporate, college & ticketed shows and amplifying their potential to upscale their gigs.
• Managing artists’ careers
• Working on building/developing artists’ profiles (career mapping)
• Analyze data, set goals, track and measure results
• Collaborating across teams at OML (as part of the execution of shows)

• 1-2 years (relevant: Client Servicing/Event Management) 
• Any Undergraduate Degree (Preferably in Mass Communication, Marketing, and Finance background)
• Should the relevant experience in event management 
• Ability to work on end-to-end-building a Tour, finding venues across the country, and executing the tour. 
• Well-versed with Excel and making budgets for events 
• Should be well versed with knowledge on Lights, Sound & AV used in events 
• Should Have a database of vendors 
• Well-versed with Indian & international artists
• Strong written and verbal communication skills- to communicate with clients and promoters
• Time management skills & ability to multitask
• Understanding and analyzing data and working on building and capturing data
• Maintaining excellent rapport (with artists, vendors & promoters)
