Foundit is hiring for the role of Sr. Associate - Investments!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Dealing with investors and advisors
• Coordinating with legal and accounting teams
• Working on investment deck and going over MIS reports
• Helping with senior recruitment in the company
• Assisting the Leadership team in conducting and taking head in Industry research, market mapping, and preparing Investment decks
• Preparing deal collaterals like financial models, pitch decks, and other supporting documents.
• Leading deal cycle and acting as a primary touch point (data rooms, due diligence, transaction documents, meetings, etc)
• Dealing with senior executives of partner companies, and helping with the negotiation of new deals for the company
• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports
• Helping with executing new business strategies
