Sr. Associate Finance - Plant Job at Varroc

Varroc is hiring for the role of Sr. Associate Finance - Plant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participate in the plant planning process and provide accurate plant financial information to the plant management team to enable decision-making and achievement of the plant’s financial objective.
• Based on customer indent for next month's demand,   prepare forecast/monthly rolling plan, prepare forecast of income statement and balance sheet items along with Plant Head for the assigned plant.
• Undertake detailed item-by-item analysis and assess the impact of variance on overall budget and expenses and for differences in volume projections evaluate impact on cost and budget.
• Monitor budget utilization and check expenses PO   to ensure adherence to with laid down budget, else explore justification for expenses.
• For annual budgeting at a given volume, prepare and consolidate the budget across variable and fixed heads and as per inputs from various stakeholders.
• New Project DC Management spending vs Recovery on   all new ECN and repairs

Requirements:

• Write off Committee Approval
• Various MIS Related Excel /PPT/ Analysis working
• Understanding Business and Sensitize team members
