About this Job
Ather is hiring for the role of SQA (Electronics) Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- End to end Quality Development of components from engineering to suppliers including testers for Charging Infra & other parts.
- Work with the Swimlane to implement preventive process controls to embed quality from development to launch.
- Identify risk both in product and process, highlighting and suggesting the activity for closure.
- Conduct Pre-PPAP audit & closing process audit, PPAP and ISA NCs and risk mitigation in the program review meetings.
- Monitoring, upgradation & release of supplier performance in monthly scorecard.
Requirements:
- Understanding of electric vehicles and Charging Infrastructure
- Problem-solving & risk mitigation approach
- Good and technical communication skills & Punctuality
- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics)
- Good understanding of EMS, electronics, electricals & schematics
