Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collecting data on regional cuisines, cooking methods, spices used, and preferred flavours.
• Analyzing consumer preferences and expectations regarding taste, quality, and authenticity.
• Identifying any gaps between the desired or expected taste and the reality of existing products or offerings.
• Investigating problems faced by consumers in accessing or preparing certain dishes.
• Exploring latent gaps in the market, such as unmet needs or untapped opportunities.

Requirements:

• In-depth consumer understanding and eye for detail to extract information from the consumers.
