Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and relevant stakeholders to ensure training content remains up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the evolving needs of the organization.
• Assess training needs through evaluation and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving training programs to meet the changing requirements of the business.
• Monitor the performance and progress of trainees, providing additional coaching or support as necessary to ensure the successful application of learned processes in their roles.
• Administer and organize training schedules, resources, and logistics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of training sessions.
• Contribute to the development of a positive learning culture within the organization, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment among team members.
