Bajaj Electricals Ltd is hiring for the role of Specialist - Talent Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Support in strategic initiatives to create a robust talent pipeline for critical positions
  • Support in Leadership and critical talent assessment and development centers
  • Support in end-to-end IDP and career management of critical top talent in organization.
  • Strengthen IJP process in the organization.
  • Support in identification of critical roles across organization
  • Support in creating and managing IDPs for successor for critical roles.
  • Maintain dashboard and proactively manage the succession transitions for the critical roles.
  • Update JDs for all roles in the organization
  • Review the functional competence and skillsets for the roles on periodic basis. Review the functional competency framework with L&D Specialist.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Talent Management or a related HR function.
  • In-depth understanding of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design and implement talent management programs.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs and priorities.
