Colgate is hiring for the role of Specialist/Sr. Specialist - Business Analytics!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Develop and maintain standard business evaluation trackers and dashboards.
- Support data harmonization processes and ensure data consistency across varied datasets.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide business insights.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and develop analytical solutions.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure data quality and availability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or MBA.
- Proficiency in data transformation and visualization tools: R, Python, SQL, cloud solutions (GCP), DOMO, Microsoft.
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and visualize data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with third-party data (Nielsen, Kantar, IRI) and point-of-sale data (preferred).
- Working knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry (preferred).
- Willingness to experiment with new tools and techniques
