CoinDCX is hiring for the role of Specialist - Social Media!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead Strategy for CoinDCX’s Social:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with brand, product, and category narratives. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help position CoinDCX as the most Trusted Crypto brand on social media.
• Drive Brand Growth: 
  • Drive organic growth in impressions, engagement rate, followers, etc across social media handles, particularly Twitter. 
  • Have deep expertise in platform understanding and community behavior on Twitter.
  • Collaborate to come up with ideas to boost growth metrics
  • Work with external agencies to manage the day-to-day content calendar and ensure the highest creative quality and optimized turnaround times. 
  • Ensure all comms are as per brand tone of voice and guidelines.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Foster a positive and interactive online presence for the brand.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

• Has 2-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, a keen eye for content trends, and a proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts.
• A curious mindset and love for Web3 and crypto is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Twitter.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
