Accelya Group is hiring for the role of Specialist - Scrum Master!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure that sprint goals and scope are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove impediments that occur.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.

Requirements:

• Experience working in Agile Methodology.
• Experience in handling multiple scrum teams will be preferred.
• Must be able to ensure agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority.
• Capable of completing independently diverse/complex work with minimal direction, diverse interactions, and knowledge resources.
• 3 years’ work experience as a Scrum Master.
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Experience with Project Management Tools (Jira).
• Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Capacity to manage high-stress situations.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Must have a Professional Scrum Master Certificate (CSM/PSM I/PSM II).
