Specialist - Raw Material Purchase Job in Pune at Hyundai Motor India

Hyundai is hiring for the role of Specialist- Raw Material Purchase!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle Supply chain/purchase of parts like Domestic Spares, Electronic Spares, Consumables, etc.
• Basic knowledge on Item Code, Vendor code: Creation and Management
• Plan, receipt & manage steel coil supply chain operations with domestic & imported steel mills & ensure uninterrupted supply
• Price management, inventory management, transport management, BPA management, Payments, Bidding, New Source Development
• Negotiate & finalize scrap vendors for smooth disposal of scrap
• Knowledge on Purchase Process: Floating RFQ, Negotiation and Approvals
• Basic Idea on Finalizing Capital Equipment contract & Import Terminologies
• Technical knowledge on Testing Equipment, Facility Management, TMS and Tools etc.
• Handling and managing all fabrication related jobs with proper Specification, BOM and Drawing
• Price finalization for annual activities like annual rate contracts & annual maintenance contracts
• Idea on new sourcing and evaluation of existing sources based on user requirements
• Payment requisition receipt, review, processing, and follow-up till final payment
• Execute legal and commercial contracts in co-ordination with legal team

Requirements:

• Experience on Data Processing through Excel and Presentations through Power Point
• Basic skills on Export & Import purchase process
• Knowledge on SAP
• Experience of 3-7 Years Location
