Alcon is hiring for the role of Specialist R2R!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage fixed asset E2E and Month end closure reporting
• Perform Lease accounting
• Provide services at expected levels with a clear customer service and escalates exceptions
• Interact proactively with all functional areas to ensure appropriate ac- counting, financial reporting and settlement of revenue matters is accomplished
• Coordinate with local entity and outsourced activities to provide seamless service
• Correspond to internal and external inquiries
• Support transitions and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business
• Stable 3 to 5 years of Record to Report experience with any financial organization or experience supporting shared service function
• Familiar in Fixed Asset accounting and Reporting process
• Creation of Project/WBS /IO
• AUC settlements.
• Capitalization of AUC/follow-ups on aged AUCs'
• Depreciation run
• Asset Disposal/Sale/Retirement
• Reconciliation of Fixed Assets
• Month end reporting
