Baxter is hiring for the role of Specialist - Process Mining and Citizen Development!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with stakeholders to help answer key business questions about the process
• Support end-to-end Process Mining initiatives
• Identify required data sources, and support extraction and transformation within the Process Mining platform.
• Develop custom process models using process mining techniques
• Develop visualizations to deliver process insights to stakeholders
• Build automated workflows to facilitate proactive process interventions
• Research emerging technologies related to Automation development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. MBA or MS a plus
• 1-3 years experience working on Process Mining or Process Data & Analytics projects
• Experience in producing visualizations to communicate process data effectively in a data visualization tool
• Experience working with relational databases using SQL queries
• Analytical skills to be able to discover, analyze, and draw insight from complex data sets
• Knowledge of at least 1 functional area process (Finance, HR, etc.) and related Source System datasets
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders daily
• Hands-on experience in a Process Mining Tool (Celonis, UiPath, QPR, Minit , etc.) will be a strong advantage
• Python programming skills are appreciated but not required
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
