SITA is hiring for the role of Specialist P2P Front Office!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Create purchase requests on behalf of the business requestors.
- Coordinate and route requests to appropriate procurement and finance teams.
- Track good receipts approvals and update requestors.
- Perform quality controls and check compliance with Sita policies and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the specific area of responsibility.
- 2-3 years of work experience in an accounting environment preferably within a medium size company with a matrix business structure.
- University Degree or working equivalent or Higher College.
