CoinDCX is hiring for the role of Specialist - Marketing Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our product and features.
• Take charge of end-to-end marketing operations related to the product, aiding both the growth and product teams in addressing final-stage tasks efficiently.
• Develop these processes into comprehensive playbooks for future use, streamlining operations and contributing to long-term strategy implementation.
• Develop engaging content across Push Notifications, Emails, and in-app marketing properties like banners, etc.
• And Ability to create compelling content and copies across the product and guide content teams wherever needed.
• Work closely with agencies and internal copy, design, and video teams to develop engaging content and bring communication strategy to life. 
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers in planning, and strategizing product positioning for marketing
• Work closely with other marketing channels such as community, social media, brand, PR, SEO, etc to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns that align with product features and campaign releases.  
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies align with product updates and releases.
• Collaborate with the brand team & growth team to ensure that the brand mandate is followed; periodically review product funnels to ensure the communication is up to date and consistent with the guidelines.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations/product marketing
• Good understanding of Derivatives Trading & Spot Trading across markets
• Passionate about crypto and web3
• Expertise in content writing and the ability to write content whenever required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational & operational skills with attention to detail
