Specialist/Lead Specialist - Global Payroll Job in Noida at Marsh McLennan

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across Asia Pacific, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely pay, costing, and leave records.
• Resolve payroll, remuneration, and salary packaging queries efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments to employees.
• Troubleshoot technical and business issues within payroll projects.
• Meet performance metrics, including KRAs and Project SLAs.

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of experience managing high-volume global payroll (Australia, New Zealand, UK, US, ASEAN).
• Proficiency with payroll systems such as ADP and Workday (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance obligations.
• Excellent multi-tasking, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with quality tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen (preferred).
• Positive attitude, adaptability to change, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or within a team, with effective time management skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
