Specialist- Inside Sales Job in Noida at RateGain Travel Technologies Pvt. Ltd

RateGain is hiring for the role of Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work in tandem with the sales team to identify and reach out to potential OTA’s / Airlines to be added at the top of the funnel
• Engage with user groups within the OTA’s and Airlines to understand requirements and conduct demos
• Assist with the execution/preparation of trade shows and sales calls, outbound cold calls and emails
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data, collect quantitative and qualitative data
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials - both on and offline
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest ensuring optimal coverage of all territories at all times
• Perform market analysis and research on prospecting new clients
• Enter contact information into contact management systems
• Maintain, improve and expand the database of prospects
• Establish, maintain and update files and records
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM - Salesforce)
• Understand customer needs and requirements

Requirements:

• 2-4 Years of experience in Airlines / Hospitality/OTA/B2B space
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior interpersonal, presentation and consultative selling skills
• Extensive knowledge of Web and social media
• PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a bonus
• Hotel, hospitality, travel industry experience preferred
• Ability to analyze data to improve sales effectiveness
• Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits
• Work in a dynamic environment in one of the fastest-growing industries
