Specialist - HR Analytics Job in Mumbai at Boston Consulting Group (BCG)

BCG is hiring for the role of Specialist - HR Analytics! 

Responsibilities Of Candidate: 

• Ensure the master database is updated at all times for an effective rollout
• Work closely with senior management members to ensure the list is well-updated
• Roll out necessary communications to drive response rate, and ensure email responses are captured on a regular basis
• Work on multiple database list to identify a new list of recipients for the following weeks and roll out necessary communications
• Weekly analytics on how the office is doing and share with the India leadership team and call out high-risk areas
• Various slices of dashboards such as Practice Area trend comparison, leadership dashboard trend
• Analysis, etc. to share with the India leadership team for their visibility on the overall progress
• Analyze historical data and capture trends, insights, and correlations. Basis the outcome support in identifying high focus areas in context to office priorities and share with necessary teams for them to take required steps

Requirements: 

• Extremely high bar on eye for details
• Being able to work under tight timelines
• Solution driven
• Taking end-to-end ownership of the portfolio
• Should have 3-5yrs of HR experience
• MBA Preferred
• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of HR systems/operations management is desirable
• Good analytical skills with the ability to present information engagingly
