Whirlpool is hiring for the role of Specialist, Finance Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Processing of Annual Maintenance Contract e CRM. The service partners sell AMC to the end customer and then they submit customer information and payment details on eCRM for AMC activation
- Follow and check all the important information before processing and approving any activation request
- Preparing and sending daily reports to the business and service partners. Also, all their queries are to be handled within the agreed turnaround time
- Processing of Annual Maintenance Contracts for end customers
- Daily Reporting
- Responding to queries
- Managing KPI
- Reconciliation
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications & Certifications - Any Graduate
- Experience/ Preferred Industry - 1-2 Years
- Excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Flexible to Work in Shifts
- Good Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheet
- Good Knowledge of Sap & Crm Is Preferable
