Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for monthly account reviews to ensure proper coding and determine if accruals are needed
• Responsible for the preparation of general ledger entries as needed to ensure completeness and accuracy of the financial results by law.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Prepare month-end and quarter-end variance analysis
• Prepare general accounting analyses and schedules provided to external auditors
• Contribute to strategic planning as it relates to budgeting and forecasting
• Participate in company meetings, webinars and conference calls
• Other duties, as assigned, in response to changing business conditions and

• Educational qualification: Graduation
• Month-end accounting
• Bank Reconciliation
• Income statement – structure
• Journal entries – Accrual, Prepaid expense, revenue, and prepayment
