Sun Life is hiring for the role of Specialist Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work as a full stack developer to develop APIs and UI that work with existing company software and products
• Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code
• Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks
• Align and integrate well with architects, designers and other stakeholders
• Communicate with other developers across Teams, both in ad hoc problem-solving and in Chapter check-ins and discussions

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of working experience
• Strong experience with C# .NET (Backend)
• Experience integrating with FrontEnd JavaScript frameworks, such as React, AngularJS, or Ionic
• Proficiency in OOP, MVC, and Design patterns
• Experience with Web services/microservices development (REST, SOAP)
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries
• Knowledge of other coding languages (Java, etc.)
• Ability to write clean, easy-to-understand code
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Communication with other developers across Teams, both in ad hoc problem-solving and in Chapter check-ins and discussions
• Qualification:
  • BE, B. Tech. or MCA/MS (Comp Sc.) from a reputed institute
  • 2-4  years on the above-mentioned skills in the below-mentioned technical areas
