AT&T is hiring for the role of Specialist Data Analysis!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform regular monitoring of data synchronization between ServiceNow and Snowflake, initiating reload jobs when discrepancies or failures occur
• Provide maintenance for Power BI dashboards, including troubleshooting, performing ad-hoc refreshes, and implementing enhancements as needed
• Use your extensive experience in Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and query optimization to improve our data systems
• Handle tasks in the telecom domain with your knowledge and expertise
• Display excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Work under pressure, meet deadlines, identify and resolve problems, and make data-driven decisions
• Assume ownership and work responsibly in various environments
• Support the introduction of new Snowflake features into a large enterprise environment
• Develop platform capabilities to manage the performance and costs of the Snowflake platform

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake
• Experience in Power BI development and support
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and ServiceNow Connector is a strong advantage
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of technical expertise
