Specialist - Community Job in Mumbai at CoinDCX

CoinDCX is hiring for the role of Community Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Managing CoinDCX community channels
• Draft and execute daily user communication for service-related tasks
• Coordinate and distribute educational content on all CoinDCX community channels
• Interact and maintain relationships with CoinDCX Ambassadors and keep them motivated to contribute and grow.
• Nurture and build strong relationships with crypto and blockchain influencers on behalf of CoinDCX.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest news & happenings in the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency industry.
• Responding to customer inquiries and comments on social platforms in a timely manner
• Ideate, plan & execute Community Competitions & Engagement Activity Calendar (Weekly/Monthly).
• Build strong relationships with the crypto trading & Blockchain communities,by being an active contributor in them.
• Coordinate with product, growth and marketing teams within CoinDCX to execute important campaigns and activities.
• Monitor and report product feedback from the community to the relevant internal teams at CoinDCX

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
• It will be an added advantage if you know crypto market trends and techniques
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in this rapidly growing industry
• Proactively stay on top of changes (this industry is pretty dynamic)
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Discord and YouTube is essential.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
