Plum is hiring for the role of Specialist - Amazon Performance Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored SKUs and Sponsored Display
• Conduct keyword research, bid management, and audience targeting to improve ad performance
• Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (ACoS, CTR, CPC, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Set up and manage promotions, deals, and A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages
• Analyze and interpret performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Use data insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall profitability
• Work closely with the sales, supply chain, and creative teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ACoS and driving revenue growth
• Experience using Amazon Advertising Console and related analytics tools.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data analysis
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for Amazon listings
