RateGain is hiring for the role of Specialist - Accounts Receivable!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Serving as a billing subject matter expert for a particular Entity
• Generating invoices after validating the Master Service Agreements
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Implementation, Customer Success & Sales teams to ensure timely & accurate billing
• Monitoring & responding to queries on a dedicated mailbox
• Preparation of Adhoc reports as requested by stakeholders
• Minimum 2 years experience working in billing
• Strong attention to detail, quality of work is consistently clean
• Decent communication skills, including writing & speaking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in any accounting tool like Quickbooks, Netsuite, or Microsoft Business Central.
• Willing to work extended hours during peak business periods - Financial close, audit periods, and as required by management
