Spares Analyst Job in Mohali at Orbit & Skyline

Orbit & Skyline is hiring for the role of Spares Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting the company’s product lifecycle (for the semiconductor manufacturing industry)
• Working with different stakeholders to understand the requirements for data analytics.
• Perform data analytics for the product status change, and transfer activities to the licensed supplier (for tools exiting the active lifecycle phase or at the end of life).
• Project planning and execution
• Working with CFT and hold the team accountable to deliver on-time results.
• Inventory monitoring.
• Strong control of the spare demand across the global install base of the tools and should be able to project forecasts based on historical usage data.
• Understanding and supporting for Obsolescence Management of parts related to all PLC projects.
• Coordinating for Engineering Change Order submission after selling back/scrap of parts within PLC project timelines.
• Create Business process documentation and drive improvements for the same.
• Understand the part revisions and lifecycle; manage the lifecycles and drive changes per product phase changes.

Requirements:

• BTech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical or Mechanical
• Experience in a similar job profile will be preferred.
• Experience – 0- 1 year
• Strong communication – verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong data interpretation & data reporting
• Able to manage their time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent command of Microsoft tools- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and an agile

• Well-versed with product life cycle management and change order execution.
