Solutions Engineer Job in Pune at Evolent Health International Private Limited

Evolent Health is hiring for the role of Solutions Engineer! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Assisting in the design, development, implementation, and analysis of solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities.
• Working in Azure Entra ID to manage a large database of users, Enterprise Applications, App registrations, and Conditional Access Policies.
• Working in Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Purview, Defender, and Active Directory.
• Troubleshooting problems experienced by Microsoft 365 users and conducting collaborative participation with Microsoft 365 engineers to resolve problems.
• Providing technical assistance on routine and emergency maintenance matters.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various Microsoft 365 policies.
• Analyzing business processes identifying areas of redundancy, potential for automation, consolidation, and process conflicts.
• Staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft 365 to provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience
  
• 2-4 years of Microsoft 365 experience, preferably in a hybrid environment
• IT engineering understanding, such as operating systems, M365 products, servers, virtualization, Active Directory, and general cloud understanding
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities, and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
• Ability to work on a global team across numerous time zones
• Outstanding communication skills using all channels: Email, Teams, and Video Calls.
• Ability to build trust and form effective relationships with team members and business stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
