NOKIA is hiring for the role of Solution Expert Oracle HCM!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify the best technical solution to meet customer needs and configure the Core HR system according to customer requests (e.g., fields, templates, forms, application workflows, documents, reporting/ dashboards, etc.).
• Support regular upgrades of the Core HR system, ensure service continuity, and solve incidents in the Core HR solution.
• Train Super Users, document (configuration workbook, detailed work instructions, etc.), and contribute to the Community of Practice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field with 2 to 5 years of experience in support and configuration of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based HR solution and good functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ideally in Core HR and Recruitment. 
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Continuous learning and professional development, and willingness to stay current with industry trends and advancements in your field.
• Microsoft 365 suite skills as well as skills in situational analysis, research, troubleshooting, and issue identification and resolution.
• Experienced and comfortable working with a globally distributed multicultural team, a team player, a willingness to learn and share.
• Excellent customer service skills, system thinking and technical mindset.
• Proficient level of English. Excellent oral and written communication/ presentation skills, including with non-technical persons.
