ZOHO is hiring for the role of Solution Expert!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze client requirements and check platform feasibility.
• Deliver engaging product demos highlighting features and capabilities.
• Create proof-of-concept apps or prototypes tailored to client use cases.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, solution documents, and scope-of-work estimates.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technical accuracy and business relevance.
• Configure and customize applications based on customer workflows.
• Train customers on using the product effectively.
• Work closely with support and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor client adoption and provide proactive support to ensure successful deployments.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, business analysis, or application development.
• Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work in Night shifts.
• Familiarity with any programming language and integration concepts (APIs, webhooks).
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
