Solution Engineer Job in Gurugram at Awiros

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take end-to-end ownership to understand and translate client needs into product capabilities and work closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct impactful product demos and POCs for prospects and customers
• Support sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales activities and clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer during solution development.
• Continuously research and track innovations, emerging technologies, and key trends in the video AI space globally.
• Maintain a live and comprehensive competitor product intelligence repository and benchmark
• Awiros’ offerings against industry players and derive actionable insights.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or delivery roles, with some experience in AI/ML, computer vision, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong technical aptitude and Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI-based video analytics or computer vision technologies is a plus
• Prior experience working in or with B2B deep-tech startups is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong research and documentation skills.
