ThermoFisher Scientific is hiring for the role of Solution Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding the specific needs and requirements of the laboratory.
• Configuring and customizing the LIMS software to suit unique laboratory processes or industry standards.
• Performing thorough testing to ensure that the LIMS operates accurately, efficiently, and reliably.
• Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover reoccurrences.
• Documenting the entire implementation process, including configurations, customizations, testing procedures, and validation protocols.

Requirements:

• 0 - 1 years experience implementing laboratory informatics software (LIMS, ELN, LES, SDMS).
• Computer programming skills including C#, Phyton, JavaScript, JSON, SQL and APIs is a plus.
• Good knowledge in Windows Operative systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in GitHub, Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
• The minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, IT or a similar field and 0 – 1 year of suitable experience.
