Diebold Nixdorf is hiring for the role of Solution Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Seclore products and become proficient in all Seclore components.
• Engage directly with US customers and OEM partners to grasp and address their information security challenges by devising tailored solutions compatible with their technology infrastructure.
• Assess the current business processes and scenarios of clients, suggesting or creating custom Seclore solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Lead discovery sessions with application development teams and business users to comprehend the client's business objectives and system/application needs.
• Conduct interviews and working sessions with process owners from various business units.
• Gain insight into the functional and technical aspects of Seclore and other enterprise applications relevant to these components.
• Document process details, mapping key information regarding document workflow and relevant technologies based on Seclore’s product capabilities.
• Identify applications utilized by different departments of the customer, such as ECM, ERP, custom MIS applications, and core business applications.
• Collaborate with the internal engineering team to communicate existing limitations in integration interfaces and provide essential information to facilitate the development of appropriate interfaces to meet client requirements.
• Work with internal technical experts and engineering teams to handle technical discussions with customer IT teams.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, essential for articulating solution concepts, particularly when working with US customers, especially in North America.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and cultivate effective customer relationships.
• Capability to establish and manage customer expectations and work autonomously on project assignments.
• Willingness to travel, providing on-site consulting services to clients as needed, and the flexibility to work remotely from the office.
• A technical degree (Engineering, MCA) or business degree (MBA, BBA) from a reputable institute, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in the software/consulting industry.
• General consulting skills including team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning.
• Possession of certifications related to information security, business process management, or IT infrastructure would be advantageous
